I would run the first five kilometers very slowly and then pick up the pace for the next 10 kilometers, and then run 15-20 kilometers very fast to reach the target time.

Interesting Fact:

It keeps my help for my physical, mental, and emotional activities it is very encouraging to have the spacing in interest to our spending time with that it gives me energy and passion.
