No. Of hydration breaks: 4

Pacing has a major purpose compared to running on your own. To help others meet their target, I want to be the right tool. As I would be guiding the 2.45 bus, it was decided to start a bit above the goal pace and maintain rhythm till 3K, followed by an increase in speed till 17K. Final leg that starts from 19K is inclusive of buffer to take care of dehydration, concluded with a strong cruise to the finish line to clock in exactly at 2.45 mark.
planning for 4 hydration points @ 3, 8, 12 & 17

Interesting Fact:

I was inspired by Milind Soman’s interview immediately after his victory in the Ironman triathlon. For me, that was a bit far, so I chose to take up FM. He had also mentioned being a pacer, and that was one of the finest parts that made me take up this task
