Join us for the Hexaware Dream Runners Half Marathon 2025 Expo to collect your BIB, race kit, network with fellow runners, interact with Pacers, Ploggers, visit exciting stalls and more! 

Be a witness to the positive impact your contribution makes in the life of many. During the expo we would be providing prosthetic legs to the under-privileged and provide assistance to survivors of domestic violence.

Bring the following to collect your BIB & Race Kit.

  1. Confirmation e-mail/SMS of BIB Number (E-copy – avoid Printout)
  2. Photo ID Proof

If the BIB is collected by a representative, please send an authorization letter through SMS/Email.

The BIB can be collected only on Saturday, July 19th and cannot be collected on Race Day (20th July).

Active Session: “Prepping for Race Day”

Join The Performance Doctor’s interactive session where Keren Kirubai (Activations and Mobility) and Shristi Chettri (Post-run Recovery) lead you through practical tips and drills to prep for your best race day. Soundarya (Nutritionist) will share bites of nutrition wisdom in between the activity. Dr. Harini Muralidharan will be available to answer your questions. Get ready to move, learn, and elevate your running game!

Join us as we honour hockey legend Vasudevan Bhaskaran, Olympian Gold Medalist, Former Captain of the Indian Hockey Team, and Former National Coach. Celebrate the remarkable journey of a sporting icon whose leadership, dedication, and achievements brought glory to India on the world stage. Witness a special felicitation recognizing his outstanding contribution to Indian hockey and be inspired by a legacy that continues to motivate generations of athletes.

BIB & Race Kit Collection

🕥 Time: 9 AM to 5 PM

Collect your essentials and get race-ready!

✅ Bring:

  • Confirmation email or SMS with your BIB Number (E-copy preferred – go green! 🌱)
  • Valid Photo ID Proof

👥 Representative Pickup?

  • No problem! Just send an authorization letter via SMS/Email with their name and ID proof.

🛑 Important:

  • BIBs can only be collected on Saturday, July 18th.
  • No collection will be allowed on Race Day (Sunday, July 19th).
