Sesame & Peanut Laddoos
Sesame seeds – 1 cup
Peanuts – Fistful
Almonds – Fistful
Jaggery – ½ cup, grated
Dry roast sesame seeds and nuts separately till you begin to get a nice aroma. Set them aside to cool.
Grind sesame seeds, nuts and jaggery together to a coarse powder.
Take small portions and roll them to balls.
Store sesame laddoos in an air tight jar and handle with moist free hands.
