We take pride in getting inspired by  BD runners who have battled challenging life situations and gone onto become serial Podium finishers in highly rated events across the country.  Not to underplay the fact that our Training Head’s Training Programs have turned non-runners  across the city into Full Marathoners in less than a year consistently –  churning out over two dozen  FM runners in less than three seasons.

Our training schedules runs from Tuesday to Sunday. We have a coach coming in twice a week to ensure our sstrength is built well. We offer upper body, lower body strengthening apart from ensuring a strong core. Running techniques, HIIT circuit training , steps training , beach workouts also form a part of the coach’s drill on Tuesdays and Fridays. We offer yoga on Saturdays in preparation for a long run on Sundays. But those wishing to cross train, invariably end up cycling or swimming on Saturdays, a great way to fire those inactive muscles not used in running. Wednesdays and Thursdays are tempo/ interval/ fartlek days , those short bursts workout which activates the fast twitch muscles. Sundays are always reserved for LOOOONG runs or events depending on the calendar.
