Cornflake Crusted Grilled Chicken
Chicken boneless breast or thigh marinated with chilly flakes, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder
Crushed cornflakes seasoned with chilly flakes
Beaten egg and seasoned with salt and pepper
Heat little olive oil in a pan.
Dip chicken piece in egg and then in cornflakes and cook it in the pan for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Serve with steamed veggies, garlic tomato sauce.
Baked Spicy Baby Potatoes
Wash baby Potatoes very well and do not peel them. Dry it well and prick it with fork.
Prepare marinade of salt, chilly flakes, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, white pepper powder and crushed garlic.
Marinate potatoes with the mixture.
Baste it with vegetable oil and bake it in oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.
